Operational problems I was handed, and the systems I designed to answer them. Each entry walks the same path: what was actually broken, what I found when I looked at the workflow, what I designed, why that shape and not another one, and what happened to it afterward.

These are solution designs I developed in response to real operational problems during my professional work. Some were approved and handed to delivery teams. Some were not built at all. Employer names, stakeholder names, internal ticket numbers, and source system field names have been removed, and every entry is written in my own words rather than reproduced from the original documents. I publish them to show how I define a problem, read a workflow, design a system, and plan an implementation, not as a record of production outcomes. Where a number is a projection, it is labelled as one.
