Stellar Agents are the agents charmthirteen uses to run a one person practice. They plan the week, triage the inbox, draft the writing, check it, keep the record, and audit the lot, and every one of them stops one step before anything goes out.
Stellar Agents is a team with a home. The home is a folder called the Newsroom, and it opens in Obsidian as a vault. Inside it are ten charters, the registry that says what each agent may touch, the proposals you tick, the append only audit log, the drafts and the staged work, and the runner and hooks that act on all of it. You can read every file, approve every change, and rebuild the whole team on a new machine from the folder alone.
